Submitting a dispute to a Special Master (or Auditor as it is often called) permits lawyers and parties to streamline the pre-trial and trial process. A Special Master almost always will cause significant savings of time and money, without sacrificing the right to appeal rulings to the courts.

A Special Master will permit the pre-trial hearings and the trial to be scheduled at places and times that are convenient to the parties and significant witnesses.

Tom Cauthorn has served as a Special Master in cases as diverse as claims of fraud, breach of contract, divorce, and business dissolution disputes.
