Who is Court America?
Court America is Tom Cauthorn. Former Judge Tom Cauthorn has been resolving disputes since 1979. He has presided over more than 500 jury trials, 1000’s of non-jury trials, overseen more than 10,000 motions, and has served as a mediator, an arbitrator, a case evaluator, and
as a Special Master for over 18 years.

Tom Cauthorn is a registered mediator and arbitrator
in the State of Georgia and has completed as many as
60 cases per year. He has assisted parties in matters as
diverse as divorce and custody cases to contract disputes.
He has also assisted parties in the inexpensive conclusion of complex litigation using mediation, arbitration, case evaluation, and as a Special Master.
